I am Angela Graff, your Human Resources Manager. Since joining the team in 2018, my goal has been to navigate our ever-changing environment with absolute integrity and a sharp focus on our people. I truly believe that teamwork makes the dream work.
My career began in the hospitality industry. That early experience taught me a vital lesson: taking care of people must always come first. I built on that strong foundation at Niagara University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in HR Management and an MBA focused on HR and Strategic Management.
Today, I use that knowledge to drive our company forward. For example, I successfully led the implementation of our HRIS systems to modernize and improve our daily operations. Because human resources are always evolving, I know that strong leadership means stepping up. I lead by example, helping wherever I am needed. True success requires deep trust and constant collaboration. I work together with my department, as well as supervisors across the company, to build a supportive workplace for everyone.
Outside of the office, I like to stay very active. You can usually find me reading, gardening, four-wheeling, hunting, or focusing on my fitness.
