I am Mindy Becker, Account Specialist Supervisor. I believe that clear communication and a positive attitude are the keys to success. Every day, I work closely with multiple departments to schedule materials, guide them through the plating process, and ship them on time. My goal is to find the perfect balance that keeps both our customers and our company happy. How you approach a challenge defines who you are, and I am proud to be a solution-focused team player.
My unique background helps me build deep trust with our clients. I first joined Precious Plate in the 1980s with a degree in Materials Science. After a decade in quality control, I learned the pipefitter trade before returning in 2000. That hands-on journey gives me a complete understanding of our complex processes. Today, I use that technical knowledge to manage key accounts and build strong, lasting partnerships. I also help improve our workplace by serving as an Internal Auditor and on our Safety and Picnic Committees.
This company is a wonderful family business where I have found lifelong friends and true purpose. Outside the office, I am a longtime Varsity Cheer Coach and the President of the Section VI cheer officials for New York State. Otherwise, you can find me cheering for Penn State football, enjoying family time, or relaxing with the three Husky dogs I adopted.
