I am Kristin Trevisani, Engineering Manager. Since joining the company in 2010, I have built my leadership on trust and collaboration. I believe in empowering my team to do their best work, not micromanaging them.
With a background in chemical engineering and an MBA, I bring both technical knowledge and business insight to our daily challenges. My journey here started in the PC lab and eventually led to managing all our precious metals. These experiences taught me the true value of accountability. Today, I focus on continuous improvement to deliver the best possible results. For example, I recently led a team to increase a key program’s yield from 40% to over 95%. By upgrading our technologies to Accustripe and spot plating, our department has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars on precious metals. We are always developing new, forward-thinking solutions, like plating on nickel foam and thin copper foil.
I value being part of a family-owned business because it supports a long-term vision and a personal, customer-focused approach. Outside of work, I stay energized by doing CrossFit every morning at 5 AM. I also love spending my free time supporting my children at their many sports and activities.
