I am David Boos, your Production Manager. Since joining the company in 2013, my vision has been simple: build better processes by building up our people. For almost 11 years, I oversaw one of our top shifts. Recently, after stepping into the Production Manager role, our team has hit record-setting production numbers for six months straight.
This success comes down to clear communication and mutual respect. Making my team feel valued is the most important part of my day. I make it a priority to know my people. When I understand their strengths and weaknesses, I can match them to our daily plans to solve problems before they happen. By closely tracking our materials and empowering my team, we deliver reliable solutions every single day.
Building strong foundations is in my blood. I am a carpenter by trade, so I know the value of hard work and careful planning. Outside the plant, my world revolves around my family. I am a father of four and the youngest of seven kids. We spend our free time camping, cooking, and hosting big get-togethers. And in the fall, you will always find me cheering for the New England Patriots, proudly supporting them since 1994.
