I am Craig Ryan, Business Management Director. My goal is simple but bold: to establish Precious Plate as the world’s premier electroplating company. We will achieve this by being known globally for our speed, integrity, and absolute dedication to trust.
I have brought over 20 years of leadership experience to our team. Spending much of my career in the Aerospace and Defense industry, I mastered contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and project management. Today, I use that strong foundation to guide our operations. We focus on delivering accurate, highly responsive quotes and seamlessly turning those opportunities into successful new product launches. I am deeply committed to finding better solutions. For example, I recently led an initiative within our Vision Systems team to standardize our work practices and build complete training programs for our employees. By operating with transparency and always doing what is right, we cultivate lifelong trust with our customers.
Outside the office, my wife and I are busy with our five children. We love watching all of them swim competitively, and I proudly coach my sons’ baseball and football teams. When I have some downtime, you will find me cheering on the Buffalo Bills and the New York Yankees.
