I am Bruce Colwell, Chief Financial Officer. Since joining the company in 2017, my vision has been clear: balance strong financial results with genuine people development.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked in both hands-on accounting and executive leadership within manufacturing. This background allows me to balance careful accuracy with big-picture strategies. I know that reliable reporting is just the start. The real value comes from using financial data to solve problems, drive efficiency, and support our long-term goals. In corporate finance, the biggest wins often happen behind the scenes. Because of this, my proudest achievement here is building a highly capable team that drives our daily success. I firmly believe that when individuals grow, the whole company grows. Surrounded by such talented and innovative people, we can adapt quickly to tackling any new challenge our customers bring us.
Outside of the office, my focus is on my family. My wife, Kelly, and I have three children. While my two oldest are out paving their own paths, I spend a lot of time supporting my youngest daughter’s sports adventures. I also proudly volunteer my time with the Buffalo Regals Girls hockey program. To recharge, I enjoy exercising and a good round of golf.
