I am Bill Lekki, your Technical Director. When I took an entry-level job here in May of 1980, I never planned to stay for my entire career. However, over the past 45 years, the people I work with have truly become my family.
Through four and a half decades of hands-on learning, I have seen it all. Early on, I helped lead the technical management and operation of our Reel-to-Reel plating lines. That technology was brand new to the world at the time. Being part of that breakthrough taught me a vital lesson. A strong work ethic and a constant drive to learn are the keys to solving any problem. Today, I use that deep, practical experience to build reliable solutions and guide our future vision. I know what works, and I know how to adapt for tomorrow.
Outside of the office, family is still my priority. I love spending time with my grandkids. You can also find me cheering for the Buffalo Bills, quoting Seinfeld, or calling strikes as a fastpitch softball umpire.
