I am Bill Bundy, your IT Manager. Since joining Precious Plate in January of 1997, my goal has been to build reliable systems that connect our entire company and drive us forward.
My journey here actually started in Quality Engineering. In those early days, I wore many hats and worked across almost every department. That hands-on experience taught me exactly how all the pieces of our business fit together. Today, it helps me spot potential problems before they ever happen. As IT Manager, I used that deep knowledge to guide our transition to our current ERP system and coordinate two major server upgrades. I also helped bring in talented coders who eventually formed our dedicated Controls Department.
To me, strong leadership means staying in the thick of things. I trust the expertise of my team, and I gladly share my own experiences to help others grow. While I provide clear directions, I am always open to new ideas that make our daily work easier and more efficient. That collaborative, family-like environment is what makes this company so special.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and going for casual bike rides. I also actively volunteer at my church, where I currently serve as the president of the congregation.
